This project is a creative and feminist exploration into the shape, size, and movement of the female body, focusing on breasts as a subject. Through a series of busts, I juxtapose organic, fluid body lines with the rigid, traditionally structured form of bust sculptures often seen in marble or ceramic. This contrast not only reinterprets the notion of the bust, typically static and lifeless, but it also plays with the idea of "bust" as a double meaning, symbolising both the traditional art form and the female form itself. By capturing dynamic movement and diversity in shape, this project challenges conventions and celebrates the natural, powerful essence of the female body through art.
